Transparent Administration
The principle of transparency, viewed as “ total accessibility to information” of public Administration’s organization and activities, has been asserted by the Law: DLgs. n. 33, dated March 14th, 2013. This Law has been established to promote a citizen overall supervision of the actions of Public Institutions, and their public resources management.
